Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about Zoom, billing, and your workspace.
Open System Module from leftbar in Maanaz Portal, go to Integrations, and choose Zoom. You’ll be guided through secure OAuth sign-in. After you approve the requested permissions, Maanaz can create and manage meetings on your behalf according to your settings.
Maanaz uses Zoom only to create and manage meetings you or your workflows request. We do not sell your data. Access is limited to what you authorize during OAuth and what is needed for scheduling and automation features you enable.
You can disconnect at any time from Maanaz under Settings → Integrations → Zoom. You can also revoke access from your Zoom account’s app permissions page if you prefer.
From your workspace settings or team area, use Invite and enter your colleagues’ email addresses. They’ll receive an invitation to join your organization with the role you assign.
Go to Billing or Subscription in your account, choose Manage subscription, and follow the cancellation steps. You’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period unless your plan terms say otherwise.
