Maanaz — Zoom integration guide

Last updated: April 2026

How to add the Zoom app to your Maanaz workspace, use it for video meetings, and remove the integration when you no longer need it.

1. Adding the Zoom app

  1. Sign in to Maanaz at https://app.maanaz.com/login with an account that is allowed to manage integrations.
  2. Open Apps from the main navigation (path: /apps in the web app).
  3. Find the Zoom card under meeting providers and choose Connect Zoom.
  4. You will be redirected to Zoom to sign in (if needed) and approve the requested permissions. Review the permissions shown on Zoom's consent screen, then confirm.
  5. After authorization succeeds, you are returned to Maanaz. The Zoom card should show as connected. If you see an error in the address bar, read the message and try again, or ask your org admin to confirm Zoom is allowed.

2. Using the Zoom app in Maanaz

Once Zoom is connected, Maanaz can create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf for scheduling workflows you run inside the product.

  • Meeting links— When you create or update a meeting and choose Zoom as the video provider, Maanaz can generate a Zoom join link and share it with attendees in meeting details, consistent with your org's settings.
  • Reconnecting — If a token expires or you need to refresh permissions, open Apps and use Reconnect on the Zoom card to step through the OAuth flow again.
  • Scope of access — Maanaz uses the connection for meeting features you trigger inside the platform. It does not browse unrelated Zoom data outside what is needed to operate those features.

3. Removing the Zoom app

You can stop Maanaz from using Zoom in either place below — both are valid; use what fits your security process.

  1. Disconnect in Maanaz — Go to Apps, find Zoom, and choose Disconnect. Confirm when prompted. This revokes the integration on the Maanaz side.
  2. Revoke in Zoom (optional) — In your Zoom account, open the list of connected apps (sometimes under App Marketplace or profile Settings→ integrations, depending on your Zoom UI) and remove Maanaz if you want to clear the app from Zoom's side as well.
