Maanaz — Read.ai integration guide

Obtain your Maanaz webhook URL, add it in Read.ai, import meeting notes, and remove the link.

1. Adding Read.ai

  1. In Maanaz, open Apps and find Read.ai.
  2. Start connection; Maanaz generates a unique webhook URL for your user. Copy it from the setup modal.
  3. In Read.ai, go to Account Settings → Integrations → Workflow → Webhooks, and add the Maanaz URL where Read.ai sends post-meeting payloads.
  4. Save in Read.ai and confirm the integration shows as active in Maanaz when the first compatible payload is received (timing depends on Read.ai).

2. Using Read.ai in Maanaz

When configured, Read.ai can send summaries and notes to Maanaz for meetings you connect to your account. You can re-open the Webhook URL dialog from the connected Read.ai card in Apps to copy the URL again.

3. Removing Read.ai

  1. In Read.ai, remove or disable the Maanaz webhook in Integrations so no new data is sent.
  2. In Maanaz, open Apps → Read.ai → Disconnect to clear the integration state.
