Maanaz — Slack integration guide

Connect Slack for workspace notifications, use notification delivery, and disconnect.

1. Adding Slack

  1. Open Apps in the Maanaz web app and find Slack under notifications.
  2. Choose Connect and complete the Slack OAuth flow. Approve the workspace and channels as prompted.
  3. After connection, the card may show your connected workspace name. Slack is used to send meeting and work notifications you configure in the product, not to read arbitrary channel history for unrelated purposes.

2. Using Slack with Maanaz

Typical uses include task updates, meeting notifications, requisition approvals, and other alerts your admins enable.

3. Removing Slack

  1. In Maanaz, go to Apps → Slack → Disconnect.
  2. In Slack, you can remove the Maanaz app from your workspace under Settings & administration → Manage apps if your policy requires it.
