Maanaz — Refund Policy

1. Overview
MAANAZ subscriptions and add-ons are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf.
All purchases made through MAANAZ are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy, available at lemonsqueezy.com/legal/refund-policy, which governs every transaction. Where there is any inconsistency between this page and Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy applies.
Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of purchase.
2. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights
Where local consumer protection laws give you a statutory right to withdraw or cancel a purchase and receive a refund, those rights apply in full. Lemon Squeezy implements these rights based on your country of purchase, including:
- EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom — 14-day right of withdrawal from the transaction date.
- South Korea / Brazil / Canada — 7-day right to cancel from the transaction date.
For UK consumers on annual subscriptions, a new 14-day withdrawal window starts on each annual renewal date.
Statutory rights, where they apply, override anything else on this page.
3. Discretionary refunds
In addition to statutory rights, Lemon Squeezy may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund when a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the product, the reason for the request, usage or consumption, and any applicable contractual terms.
Submission of a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. Lemon Squeezy may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline the request.
4. Refunds for technical issues or product defects
If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features as described:
1. Contact MAANAZ support first at info@maanaz.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
2. If the issue cannot be resolved, submit a refund request via your MAANAZ billing page (see Section 6) and we will work with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.
Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Lemon Squeezy will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Add-ons and one-time purchases
- Add-ons (including the storage add-on) follow the same refund eligibility criteria as the main subscription transaction, unless local law provides otherwise.
- Add-ons linked to a main subscription expire when the subscription ends.
- Items that are delivered and fully consumed immediately may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
6. How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, use any of the following methods:
- Open Billing → Subscription in your MAANAZ dashboard and click Request a refund. Have your Lemon Squeezy order ID ready (it appears on your receipt email).
- Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email with the reason for your request.
- Contact Lemon Squeezy support directly at support@lemonsqueezy.com.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, where possible, within 14 days of approval. If a refund is issued, access to the related product will cease.
7. Subscription cancellations (vs refunds)
A cancellation stops future billing but does not, on its own, trigger a refund. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, go to Billing → Subscription inside your MAANAZ dashboard and click Cancel subscription, or use the customer portal link from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
We encourage you to contact MAANAZ or Lemon Squeezy before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider — most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct support.
If a chargeback is raised, access to the related product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
