Maanaz — Lemon Squeezy billing guide

Last updated: April 2026

Maanaz uses Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for subscriptions. This page explains checkout, self-service, and how to understand Lemon Squeezy on invoices.

  • Seller / merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC).
  • Operating entity for Maanaz: TODO — insert legal entity name and registered address.
  • Billing support: billing@maanaz.com

1. Paying and managing your subscription

When you purchase or change a plan in Maanaz, checkout is handled on Lemon Squeezy-hosted pages. Lemon Squeezy collects payment details and is identified as the seller on your receipt or invoice. Maanaz receives subscription status and metadata needed to enable your org's entitlements.

  • Open billing from your Maanaz org settings (exact label may be Billing, Plan, or similar in the app).
  • Use Lemon Squeezy's customer portal link from your invoice or the in-app billing area to update payment method, view invoices, or manage cancellation according to your plan and the Refund Policy.

2. What Maanaz stores vs. Lemon Squeezy

We do not store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy retains payment instrument details under their terms; we store operational billing records (for example plan tier, status, and Lemon Squeezy identifiers) to run the service.

3. Questions and removal

For plan downgrades, refunds, or charge disputes, follow the process described in our Refund Policyand in Lemon Squeezy's documentation linked from your receipt.

You cannot "disconnect" Lemon Squeezy as a product integration like OAuth; ending payment is done by canceling the subscription in the customer portal or as described in your order flow.

4. Currency and taxes

Lemon Squeezy processes all transactions in USD and handles applicable VAT/GST/sales tax on our behalf as Merchant of Record. Your local currency display and the final charged amount may differ slightly due to mid-market FX conversion at checkout.
